Cindy Endicott is co-founder and President of Select Performance, LLC. Her professional credentials
bring over 25 years experience in Education and Human Resources, including master scheduling,
organizational development, project management, training, training development, hiring, and
employee and customer performance/satisfaction design and implementation. Her expertise includes
work at Walt Disney World Co., and project design and delivery of employee performance
mystery-shopping programs at Walt Disney World, Co., Universal Studios, and Loews Hotels;
as well as teaching, administrative dean and assistant principal in Orange County Public Schools.
Cindy holds a Bachelor in Science, and a Master of Science in Leadership, with an emphasis on
Employee Performance and Measurement.

bring over 13 years experience in Guest and Client Services, including planning, process and
resource development, project management, training, training development, hiring, and employee
performance measurement design and implementation and 3 years in master scheduling process
development. Her expertise includes work at Universal Orlando as Director of Guest Services
in strategic park expansion project management leading all guest satisfaction and employee
performance initiatives, and project design and delivery of employee performance
mystery-shopping programs at Universal Studios and Loews Hotels.
